Sports Play™ Refund Policy

At Sports Play™, all products are custom-made and produced specifically upon ordering. Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

Please review the policy below carefully before placing an order.

No Refunds or Exchanges

Sports Play™ does not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges on any custom or personalized products.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Custom apparel
Tumblers & mugs
Blankets
Posters & canvas prints
Phone cases
Game mats
Accessories
Custom furniture items
Personalized bundles
Team-themed products

Once an order has been submitted, production may begin immediately; therefore, orders cannot be modified or canceled after purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our behalf, customers must contact Sports Play™ within 48 hours of delivery.

To request review of a damaged or incorrect item, please provide:

Full name
Order number
Clear photos of the product
Photos of packaging (if applicable)

Requests submitted without photos or outside the required timeframe may not be eligible for review.

If approved, Sports Play™ reserves the right to:

Replace the item
Provide store credit
Offer an appropriate resolution at our discretion

Refunds will not be issued for approved claims unless otherwise determined by Sports Play™.

Shipping Delays

Sports Play™ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Carrier delays
Weather conditions
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Custom Design Disclaimer

Colors, sizing, and design placement may vary slightly depending on product material, screen settings, and production methods. Minor variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
